We’re looking for a friendly, organized office admin and call-taker to join our Nanaimo team. This is a full-time, in-office role for someone who enjoys helping customers, keeping things organized, and being the first point of contact for people who call in.
You’ll help answer phones, book calls, support the team with day-to-day office tasks, and make sure customers feel taken care of from the first conversation. Strong communication, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to stay calm and organized during a busy day are key.
This role is a great fit for someone who is reliable, personable, and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone. Experience with phone-based customer service, scheduling, or office administration is an asset.
