Ron was able to come earlier than my original appointment, which was great. He was extremely professional, walked me through the entire quote step by step, and then got to work immediately. He installed a new hot water tank and brought everything up to code. He left everything clean and tidy and checked all taps throughout the house to ensure we had hot water before he left. WOW! AMAZING SERVICE! Ron and his partner (I’m so sorry I forgot your name - he was very tall! I believe his name was Rob?) came out for us within an hour of calling! They were both extremely friendly and ensured we were okay in the future with any fixes needed before they started. They were extremely compassionate when it came to the cost of it all. As you can imagine, it’s not cheap for these things! But they gave us lots of options to choose from with no pressure to do the most expensive option, and we were ready to get to work once we choose the direction we felt the most comfortable going with. What stood out to my husband and me was we just so happened to buy a new dishwasher for our home. We were attempting to do it ourselves - well, these two fine gentlemen guided us along the way and kept checking on us through the whole process of installing the dishwasher WHILE they were flushing out our water tank and doing their job—just incredible service.
