We’re looking for a journeyman plumber and service technician to join our Nanaimo team. This is a full-time field role based out of Nanaimo HQ, with a 4-day work week, a company van provided, and no Victoria runs.

You’ll handle residential service plumbing calls, diagnose issues, present clear options to customers, and complete quality work with support from the team. We’re looking for someone who is reliable, professional, and comfortable working directly with homeowners.

This role is a great fit for a plumber who wants better balance, steady work, and a clear path toward earning $100K+. There’s also room to grow into a leadership role, with paid training and a schedule that gets you home by 5.
